Paying for it
We know nobody wants to put a four-figure team event on their own card. Accept the quote and we raise a proper invoice: 30-day terms, your PO number on it, VAT details included, payable by bank transfer or card.
Most teams book three to six weeks ahead, so you do not need a date to get a quote.
For procurement
- Insured. Public liability insurance is in place. A certificate is available on request for your supplier file.
- Accessible by default. Routes follow public streets and squares at walking pace, with no timed sprints. Tell us about mobility or access needs in the notes and we will plan the route around them — see our accessibility statement.
- Dates can move. Nothing is locked until you accept the quote, and a booked date can be rescheduled. Our published cancellation policy applies.
- Participant data stays minimal. We only collect what is needed to run the event. Details are in our privacy policy and terms.
- 658 cities, one supplier. The same format, price and invoice in every city we run, so a team split across offices can play the same event on the same day.

Questions organisers ask
Do we need a date before we can get a quote?
No. The quote depends only on headcount and is emailed automatically within a few minutes. Most teams book three to six weeks ahead and confirm the date after finance has signed off.
How does the event run without a facilitator?
Each team follows a clue-led route on their own phones through a web link — nothing to install. Teams set off in waves from different start points, solve missions at real locations and see a live shared scoreboard. Your organiser has nothing to run on the day.
Can we pay by invoice with a purchase order number?
Yes. Accept the quote and we raise an invoice on 30-day terms with your PO number and VAT details on it, payable by bank transfer or card. No card is needed to enquire or to hold a date.
What does it cost?
£27 per person, flat, with no minimum spend beyond 8 people. There are no facilitator fees, venue fees or equipment charges on top.
How large a group can you take?
From 8 to 500 people. Groups over 20 set off in waves from several start points, and the quote page shows how long the whole event needs before you enquire.
Which cities can we play in?
Any of the 658 cities currently in our catalogue, with the same format and price in each. The cities page lists them all.
What if it rains?
The event runs rain or shine. Routes use public streets and squares, and the clues work on a phone in any weather. If conditions make a date genuinely unplayable, we will help you move it.
What about colleagues with mobility or access needs?
Routes are walked at a conversational pace with no timed sprints. Tell us about any access needs in the enquiry notes and we will plan the route and start points around them.
