Quests are for entertainment and team building. Follow GoQuestIRL safety instructions and all local laws while participating.
3. Booking and Payments
Bookings depend on availability and must be paid in full when booked. You confirm that you are authorized to use the supplied payment method.
4. Assumption of Risk
Quests involve moving through public spaces. Participation carries inherent risks, and you accept responsibility for personal injury or property damage that may occur.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoQuestIRL and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the services.
6. Photos and Videos You Capture
Quests invite optional photo and video captures. These stay private to your team unless you tick the box offering a specific capture to GoQuestIRL for marketing. Ticking it grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use that capture to promote GoQuestIRL. It is never required, it applies only to the capture you ticked, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing privacy@goquestirl.com.
