Cohort Pass

Your new arrivals, meeting each other properly

Bring 7 to 60 people who don't know each other yet. They meet at one point, are formed into small teams, and spend the afternoon working together on the streets of their new city. Card payment, the quest's own price per person, and nothing for you to run on the day.

Student sections and international offices

Orientation week, with the new arrivals actually talking to each other.

Colivings and residences

A welcome week where the whole house meets, not just the people on your floor.

Language schools

A new intake working together in real conversation from the first afternoon.

Relocation and onboarding teams

New starters meeting people across teams, without another meeting room.

How it works

  1. Choose a quest and your group size. From 7 to 60 people. The price is the quest's own price per person, the same as booking one seat.
  2. Pick how to book. Join this Sunday's departure as a few bookings of up to five people each, adding each player's name and email. Or, where the quest offers it, book your own private date and share one link so people add themselves.
  3. On the day. Everyone comes to one meeting point and is formed into small teams of up to six. Each person plays on their own phone for about 2.5 hours. There is no guide and nothing to install.

Questions

Does everyone need to know each other?

No, that is the point. Teams of up to six are mixed from the people who turn up, so your group ends the day having worked closely with people they had not really met.

Is booking a private date cheaper than the Sunday departure?

No. Both cost the quest's price per person. The Sunday departure means there is no date to agree and your group may meet other players too; a private date keeps the day to your group, under one booking and one link.

Do I have to play?

No. You book and pay; the people you share the link with take the seats. If you are playing too, add yourself when you book.

What if fewer people come on the day?

A few no-shows never hold anyone up: whoever is at the meeting point starts together. If your numbers change a lot before the day, contact us.

What if plans change?

You can move the whole booking to another date for free, or get a refund minus the non-refundable payment processing fee. Sunday parties of up to five can also take a credit for the full amount.

Is it suitable for mixed ages?

Yes. Every question, challenge and story line is family-safe, because teams can mix people of any age.

We need an invoice, or we are more than 60.

Use our team-building enquiry instead: it quotes larger groups and handles invoices, purchase orders and VAT.

Six or fewer? Book a quest as usual. An invoice, or more than 60? Team building.
