Meet Your Team
Up to eight strangers, one team. The awkward bit lasts about ninety seconds.

LOS ANGELES • OCTOBER 18
A Team-Based Spy Adventure
Your mission, should you choose to accept it: 2.5 hours. 3-4 stops. One spy story unfolding across Hollywood. Grab your friends, or borrow a few strangers. Your cover story? Sightseeing. Your secret objective? Mischief. You'll solve clues, take on unexpected challenges, work together, and discover that not everyone may be playing for the same side. Less walking. More doing. More talking. More moments you'll still be laughing about afterwards. Come solo, with a friend, or with your whole crew. Just don't assume everyone on your team is playing the same game.
Sunday, October 18, 2026 · 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM · Egyptian Theatre
A shared social adventure for equal participants. Book for 1 to 8 players and explore the city together in a team of 1 to 8.
Your mission begins at the Egyptian Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard. Everyone shows up and meets at the starting point.
About 30 minutes in, teams form. You are grouped with 2 to 8 players you may have never spoken to before. From that moment, you are a unit. You follow clues through the streets of Hollywood, crack codes together, and take ridiculous photos to build your cover. The awkward part lasts about ninety seconds. After that, you are laughing.
This is not a walking tour. There is no guide talking at you, no history lecture, no flag to follow. Your phone hands you the story and sets you loose. You explore at your own pace, in your own way, with your team. The city is the game board and you are in the middle of it.
What you actually get out of this is simple. A couple of hours doing something a bit silly in the middle of Hollywood with people you would never otherwise have met. You will learn everyone's story without anyone having to ask "so, what do you do?" You will leave with shared jokes, a few photos, and people you would happily see again.
Coming alone? That is the best version. Solo players are matched into teams, which is the whole point of a shared departure. Bring friends if you would rather; you will meet the rest of your team either way.

Up to eight strangers, one team. The awkward bit lasts about ninety seconds.
Your phone hands you a story and sets you loose. No guide, no clipboard, nobody talking at you.
Wander the city together, swapping stories like you've known each other for years.
Take the photo. Do the voice. Everyone's in it together — that's half the fun.
Someone will have the idea that cracks it. That feels good when it's yours and better when it isn't.
The quest ends. Whether the group does is up to you.
You don't need to bring anyone. Solo players are matched with other players into an open team of up to 6, which is the whole point of a shared departure: a few hours with people you'd never otherwise have met. Bring friends if you'd rather; you'll meet the rest of your team either way.
One hour before the start we email you how many players have signed up. If nobody else has joined, you choose: play solo (what happens if you do nothing), reschedule for free to a future departure, take a credit for the full amount you paid, or get a refund minus the non-refundable payment processing fee.
You're never left without an option.
A bar gives you nothing to do but talk, which is exactly why talking is hard there. In Los Angeles you've got somewhere to be, something to figure out, and a few other people with the same problem.
Nobody has to perform. Nobody has to network. You just end up talking, because you're already doing something together.
You do not need to bring a group.
We have a limited number of complimentary spots for participants who are happy to let us use photos and video content from the experience for GoQuestIRL marketing. If you're comfortable appearing in photos or videos that may be used on our website and social media, you can choose the complimentary option when registering. No special posing or filming is required. We simply want to capture the experience naturally while everyone is having fun. Complimentary spots are limited. When you book, you tick a box to say you're happy to appear in them; that is what makes the place free. Rather not be photographed? Any regular departure of this quest asks nothing about photos. Change your mind after booking by emailing support@goquestirl.com and we will stop using photos of you.

Yes, if you're happy to be in our photos. This departure is a launch shoot: the free places are for people happy to appear in GoQuestIRL's marketing photos and videos. Tick the photo consent box when you book and you pay nothing, no card needed. Rather not be photographed? You can still join this departure for $10 per person — just leave the box unticked. The quest normally costs $35 per person.
No problem. You can still join this departure for $10 per person — just leave the photo consent box unticked when you book. You'll pay $10 instead of getting the free place, and you won't appear in any of our marketing photos or videos. The quest itself is exactly the same.
You are matched with the other people booked onto this departure into an open team of up to 6, and you meet them at the Egyptian Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard at the start. This launch departure is open matchmaking only: everyone booked onto it joins the same shared pool of teams, which is the reason the free spot exists, so a private, booking-only-for-your-own-group option is not offered on this date and time.
