Turn Team Building in Tokyo into a Mission

Give your team Tokyo Intelligence: a 3-hour spy adventure where progress depends on noticing, listening, and deciding together.

Skip the exercise. Give the team a story to solve.

Book Tokyo Intelligence privately for 2–6 people and put collaboration into motion across Tokyo. The Quest creates a sequence of observations, clues, choices, and creative challenges without a facilitator telling the group who should lead. The team owns the decisions—and the moments everyone will discuss afterward.

What to expect

🔍

Keep the mission private

Reserve the Quest for your own group of 2–6 people, without open-team participants joining the booking.

🔍

Put collaboration in motion

The team has to turn observations into ideas and ideas into shared decisions while the story keeps moving.

🔍

Let the team own the outcome

The 3-hour experience runs through the players’ phones, without a live host assigning roles or supplying answers.

A glimpse of Tokyo

🔍

淡路公園

A municipal public park in Chiyoda, Tokyo (神田淡路町2-27), originally established as a post-Kanto Earthquake disaster-prevention small park in the late 1920s and renovated in 2013 as part of the Awaji-cho 2-chome West District urban redevelopment adjacent to W Terrace.

🔍

小伝馬町

Kodemmachō Station is an underground subway station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line (station number H-15) located in the Nihonbashi Kodenmachō neighborhood of Chūō, Tokyo, surrounded primarily by office buildings and a wholesale textile district along nearby Edo-dōri.

Collaboration becomes visible when the answer is not obvious

In Tokyo Intelligence, your group does not discuss teamwork in theory. It needs teamwork to move the spy story forward. Players gather observations, explain what they think matters, challenge early assumptions, and decide which idea deserves the team’s confidence.

A private team of 2–6 is small enough for individual choices to be visible. Someone may connect two details. Someone else may question the direction at exactly the right moment. The Quest gives those contributions a context and an immediate consequence inside the experience.

This is not an employee assessment or a disguised scorecard. It is a shared challenge with real moments to talk about afterward: when the team listened well, when it changed course, what caused confusion, and which perspective opened the next part of the story.

A Tokyo team day people can actually describe afterward

Allow enough time for the 3-hour experience and book the Quest privately when you want the group to experience it together. Players follow the story through their phones, so charged devices and a willingness to participate matter more than assigning formal roles in advance.

Resist the temptation to nominate one permanent puzzle-solver. Invite observations from around the team, let people explain competing ideas, and make decisions together. The experience gains energy when leadership can shift with the challenge instead of staying with the loudest voice.

Mission and route details remain undisclosed before play, which means the group meets the uncertainty together. Review the published Tokyo Quest page for current booking information, then let the team discover what happens next without rehearsing the answers.
