A glimpse of Providence

🔍

Union Trust Company Building

The Union Trust Company Building is a historic twelve-story skyscraper at 170 Westminster Street and 62 Dorrance Street in downtown Providence, Rhode Island, completed in 1901 to designs by Walter G. Sheldon. Converted in 2019 to a mixed-use development called the G Reserve, it houses apartments on the upper floors with business and restaurant use on the first two floors and rooftop.

When Providence stops being the backdrop and becomes the game

There is a difference between passing through Providence and feeling part of what happens there. Echoes in Providence closes that gap by turning the city around you into the setting for a spy story. A detail that looked ordinary a moment ago may become the clue your team needs next.

The experience gives your group momentum. One discovery leads to a theory, one theory leads to a decision, and every decision moves the story forward. You are still exploring the real city, but now you have a reason to pay attention, compare perspectives, and notice the moments that a conventional sightseeing checklist can miss.

Choose the version of the day that suits you. Join an open team and meet people through the mission, reserve privately for your own group, or make it an adventure for two. Every format supports 2–6 players and puts the experience—not a tour guide—at the center of your time in Providence.

What happens after you step into the story

Your phone introduces the experience, but it does not replace the people beside you. During the 3-hour adventure, the group observes, talks, tests ideas, and chooses how to respond. There is no live guide carrying the conversation or solving the uncertain moments. The satisfying part is working them out together.

Bring a charged phone and prepare to explore the destination. Give each player room to notice something, challenge an assumption, or suggest the next move. The Quest becomes more engaging when the group shares the investigation instead of handing every decision to one person.

The route and missions remain undisclosed until play begins, so the discoveries still feel like discoveries. Use the published Quest page for current booking details, then arrive ready to see Providence with a different kind of attention.
